Successful one-time test run

On August 1, 2021, the (aluminum) zinc plating unit project signed by SUNNY Technology Co., Ltd. (abbreviation: Shanli) and Bangladesh KSML company was successfully put into production. The technical team of this project overcomes many difficulties caused by the epidemic. With the active cooperation and support of KSML, the project installation is progressing smoothly. The first volume of the thermal load test run produced qualified galvanized products, which marked the one-time success of the thermal load test run of the unit. The current production line is running stable and the product quality is excellent. This is the first (aluminum) zinc plating production line undertaken by Shanli Co., Ltd. in Bangladesh. This successful cooperation has taken another solid step for Shanli to open up overseas markets. 　　This unit is a cold-rolling continuous hot-dip (aluminum) zinc unit, equipped with degreasing, annealing, (aluminum) zinc plating, smoothing, stretching, passivation/fingerprint resistance, electrostatic oiling and other functional sections. The production capacity is 90,000 tons/year. The raw materials are cold-rolled hard strip steel SPCC, SPCD, IF; the specifications are 600-1250mm x 0.10-0.80mm. The design unit process speed is the maximum 140mpm. Product quality complies with JIS G 3302 standard. This unit is an ultra-thin high-speed aluminum-zinc-silicon-plated and galvanized dual-purpose production line, which has high requirements for the unit's mechanical equipment, speed control, tension control, and instrument control, especially for Bangladeshi operation and maintenance workers in man-machine coordination. Productive work.
