At 6:00 pm on August 10, 2019, Bazhou Sansteel Technology Co., Ltd., which was general contracted by Huangshi Shanli Technology Co., Ltd., had a successful thermal load test of the continuous hot-dip galvanizing 1# unit, and the first volume produced qualified products. This unit is one of the two units under the general contract of our company. The strip thickness is 0.2mm-1.2mm, the strip width is 550~900mm, the maximum speed of the unit is 200m/min, and the annual output is 220,000 tons.

From July 25th, the unit began to wear belts for cold linkage debugging, until the trial production of zinc heating load in the oven, which took 16 days. During this period, the project department is facing various difficulties in the on-site operating environment.
