Shandong Ruifeng's original No. 1 continuous hot-dip galvanizing unit was built and put into operation in 2012, with a design capacity of 90,000 tons/year, mainly producing ordinary building materials. In order to "speed up and increase the volume", the company cooperated with Shanli Technology in 2022, hoping that Shanli Technology would help to transform the No. 1 line. Based on its many years of experience as a "strip expert", Shanli Technology introduced the cutting-edge technology of hot-dip galvanized products to Shandong Ruifeng and proposed a transformation idea that reduces investment and utilizes old equipment. It optimized the design of the annealing furnace, tension rollers, live coils, post-plating cooling, electrical instruments, and other individual equipment and control systems of Shandong Ruifeng's No. 1 unit, and added necessary equipment such as a coiling machine, tension rollers, hot air drying, and a high-tower clamping roller. Through the transformation, the maximum speed of the unit's process section was increased from 120 mpm to 200 mpm, and the maximum speed of the inlet and outlet sections was increased from 150 mpm to 240 mpm, increasing the unit's production capacity from 90,000 tons/year to 120,000 tons/year. Shandong Ruifeng has a long-standing and deep cooperation with Shanli Technology. Its No. 2 and No. 3 continuous hot-dip aluminized zinc and color-coated lines were all built by Shanli Technology using a turnkey project general contracting method. The successful commissioning of the No. 1 continuous hot-dip galvanizing unit transformation project has added new brilliance to the cooperation between the two parties.
