Dare to "Ping" and "Pong" - My Heart is Moved: Shanli Shares Participates in Huangshi's First Non-Public Enterprise Employee Table Tennis Tournament To celebrate the 70th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China, comprehensively improve the physical fitness of employees in non-public enterprises throughout the city, contribute to the new era, cultivate a spirit of striving for excellence, and promote the high-quality development of Huangshi's economy, the Huangshi Municipal Federation of Trade Unions specially hosted the first Huangshi Non-Public Enterprise Employee Table Tennis Tournament. Our company actively responded and formed a Shanli team to participate. From November 15th to 16th, the first Huangshi Employee (Non-Public) Table Tennis Tournament was grandly held at the Feitian Bailu Art Center. Representatives from 25 enterprises and more than 150 contestants gathered together, staging a wonderful national ball battle. The competition was divided into team and individual events. The team event consisted of 3 singles matches, 1 doubles match, and 1 mixed doubles match per game. All matches adopted a best-of-five format, and the competition was conducted using an elimination system and a playoff system. Although all participants were amateur table tennis enthusiasts, their skills were quite impressive. Pushing, blocking, hitting, chopping, spinning left and right – the players' wonderful performances won thunderous applause. Through the unremitting efforts of all team members, the Shanli Shares team ultimately advanced to the top 16 in the team event, and Vice General Manager Wu Jiamou advanced to the top 16 in the individual event. This is the first employee (non-public) table tennis competition held by the Municipal Federation of Trade Unions. It is hoped that this competition will promote the development of table tennis in our city, encourage more employees to pick up their rackets, strengthen their bodies, strive for progress, and make new contributions to the high-quality development of Huangshi's economy.
