At 2:50 in the morning of April 12, the Zhongshan Zhongsheng 2# cold-rolled non-oriented electrical steel continuous decarburization annealing coating unit contracted by Huangshi Shanli Technology Co., Ltd. was successfully commissioned.

　　The production line is designed, manufactured, installed, and debugged by Huangshi Shanli Company. The main equipment is fully localized. It adopts the current advanced and reliable silicon steel annealing process at home and abroad. The unit speed is 135 m/min and the annual output reaches 250,000 tons. It mainly produces non-oriented silicon steel of W470, W600, W800, W1000, W1300 and other brands.

　　Fully discuss and exchange production experience with the owner during the design and manufacturing process of the unit to make up for defects in time; adopt a variety of new processes and technologies to make the installation and commissioning process of the unit go smoothly. During the commissioning period, we worked overtime to grab progress, reasonably arranged the commissioning process, and successfully completed the thermal load test run in the shortest time, which provided the owner with an opportunity to seize the silicon steel market.
