On August 26, 2023, the high-end decarburization, annealing, nitriding, and MgO coating unit for grain-oriented silicon steel, designed and constructed by Huangshi Shanli Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Shanli Technology"), was successfully put into operation at Zhejiang Huaying New Materials Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Huaying New Materials") after a one-time trial run! Zhejiang Huaying New Materials' high-end continuous heat treatment unit for grain-oriented silicon steel has been successfully put into operation! On August 26, 2023, the high-end decarburization, annealing, nitriding, and MgO coating unit for grain-oriented silicon steel, designed and constructed by Huangshi Shanli Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Shanli Technology"), was successfully put into operation at Zhejiang Huaying New Materials Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Huaying New Materials") after a one-time trial run! Huaying New Materials is a high-tech enterprise under Zhejiang Jugang Holding Group Co., Ltd., with electrical steel products as its main business. It has established a Zhejiang Provincial Academician and Expert Workstation and a Provincial High-tech Enterprise Research and Development Center. It owns two modern production bases, Huaying and Huacai, covering an area of more than 144,000 square meters. The annual production capacity of grain-oriented electrical steel is 80,000 tons, and the annual production capacity of non-grain-oriented electrical steel is 200,000 tons. The new project will increase the annual production capacity of grain-oriented silicon steel by 80,000 tons after it is put into operation. The grain-oriented silicon steel continuous decarburization, annealing, nitriding, and MgO coating unit put into operation this time is the first high-end continuous heat treatment unit for grain-oriented silicon steel using electromagnetic induction heating put into operation by a private enterprise in China. The maximum process speed can reach 90 m/min. It has the advantages of small footprint, high heating efficiency, and energy saving and environmental protection. In addition, the annealing furnace of this unit uses a Type I gas radiant tube heating system, which can significantly improve the plate quality. As a major second-phase technological transformation project of Huaying New Materials, Shanli Technology gave full play to its technological advantages in the field of high-end equipment manufacturing for continuous heat treatment, and carried out key technological research and development innovation and key equipment optimization and improvement in the design, manufacturing, installation, and commissioning of the unit. At the same time, during the construction of the project, Shanli Technology and Huaying New Materials cooperated sincerely. While meeting the owner's high-quality and diverse needs and improving product competitiveness, it laid a solid foundation for long-term friendly cooperation between the two parties!
