(Summary description)At 11:00 am on March 10, 2020, Henan Anyang Shenlong Tengda New Material Technology Co., Ltd., Henan Anyang Shenlong Tengda New Material Technology Co., Ltd., which was contracted by Huangshi Shanli Technology Co., Ltd., officially heat load trial production successfully, and the first volume was produced. Produce qualified products. This unit is the third hot-dip galvanizing unit of Henan Anyang Shenlong Tengda Company, and the seventh hot-dip galvanizing unit provided by our company for this customer. The main product specifications of this unit are plate thickness 0.15mm-0.6mm, plate width 800-1250mm, the maximum process speed of this unit is 240m/min, and the annual output is 250,000 tons. Shanli strip processing expert The unit signed the contract in May 2019, and the cold linkage is completed in January 2020. The trial production is planned on February 1, 2020. Due to the new type of coronary pneumonia epidemic, it cannot be implemented as originally planned. During this period, I have been maintaining telephone communication and contact with the owner, anxious to the owner's urgency, thinking about the owner's thoughts, overcoming various difficulties, and rationally arranging various tasks. Especially in the special situation of limited inter-provincial travel and inconvenient personnel exchanges, the personnel of both parties fully cooperated, using the company's remote monitoring and maintenance platform, and adopting a combination of on-site debugging and remote support to ensure the smooth commissioning of the unit, which reflects the company.
