  Culture is the essence and soul of an enterprise, and it is the inexhaustible driving force for the development of the enterprise. Shanli culture contains very rich content. The spirit and values of Shanli enterprises are the core of Shanli culture. The values of Shanli culture do not generally refer to various cultural phenomena in enterprise management, but rather the values held by Shanli enterprises and every employee of Shanli in their work. In order to realize the beautiful vision of Shanli enterprise becoming a "globally renowned equipment supplier," it requires all Shanli employees to uphold the concepts and spirit of corporate culture in their work, so that Shanli culture can be specifically implemented in every work activity, and let Shanli culture take root in the hearts of all employees.
  As a member of Shanli, I have been fortunate to witness the company's recent development. Through learning in work practice, I have understood the company's philosophy and gradually understood what Shanli culture is. Today, the company's scale and strength are growing rapidly. Looking back at the achievements the company has made in the past year, these are inseparable from the positive efforts of each of our employees and the wise decisions of the leadership, and even more inseparable from the guidance of the corporate culture concept.
  In my heart, "Shanli culture" is the motivation for everyone to fulfill the work mission of "creating精品 for customers, creating opportunities for employees, creating benefits for the enterprise, and creating wealth for society" in practice; In my heart, "Shanli culture" is to deeply integrate the corporate spirit of "innovation, unity, and efficiency"; In my heart, "Shanli culture" is the direction that leads the team to work together, bringing together all personnel to achieve the company's goal of becoming an industry benchmark in the future. Below are my few understandings of the Shanli corporate spirit:
  1. Promote the spirit of innovation and promote enterprise development
  Jobs once said: "The difference between a leader and a follower lies in innovation. Innovation has no limits! As long as you dare to think, nothing is impossible, immediately jump out of the box of thinking. If you are in a rising sunrise industry, then try to find more effective solutions: simpler business models that are more appealing to consumers. If you are in a shrinking industry, then quickly withdraw before you become outdated, change jobs, or switch industries. Don't delay, start innovating immediately!
  Innovation is a decisive factor in the survival and development of an enterprise. Enterprises must innovate if they want to grow bigger and stronger. The development of innovation work is not something that can be accomplished overnight; it requires the continuous efforts of all employees. From the perspective of corporate culture, we need to continuously cultivate and improve the culture of innovation, and guide employees to strengthen their awareness of innovation and carry out innovation work through various forms of publicity and activities, ultimately creating a good situation in the enterprise where everyone innovates, innovates at all times, innovates in everything, and continuously innovates. Since joining the company's purchasing department in July 2017, I have been fortunate to participate in various specific work practices of the company. According to the company's management needs, I have revised and improved two versions of the "Procurement Management System," and participated in and formulated the "Recyclable Waste Material Receiving, Issuing, and Storage Management System" and the "Gas Material Management System." The innovation in the system stems from practice in work, and a good innovative system is the basic guarantee for enterprise innovation. If a company only has innovative values and a spirit of innovation, but lacks the necessary corresponding institutional arrangements, then the company's innovation may only remain at the conceptual level.
  The innovation of cost reduction work requires the purchasing department to further emancipate its mind, break away from conventions, and actively explore work ideas, combining procurement work with innovative models. For example: making full use of existing inventory, developing online procurement, goods transfer and transportation procurement, and engineering outsourcing. In the procurement work, cost reduction and efficiency improvement should dare to vigorously control procurement costs and strictly control product quality, adhere to principles and strict requirements. Firmly establish the concept of "saving every penny for the company," insisting on comparing prices with the same quality and comparing quality with the same price, maximizing cost savings for the company. I believe that as long as we strengthen technological innovation, improve mechanism innovation, and practically innovate platforms, the greater and stronger development of the enterprise will be just around the corner.
  2. Strengthen team awareness and help enterprise development
  The importance of building team spirit in an enterprise need not be elaborated. I once heard a true and touching story of "ants crossing a fire": An old farmer went up the mountain to reclaim wasteland and cut down dense weeds and thorns. When he cut down a clump of thorns, he found a basket-sized ant nest on the thorns. The thorns fell, the ant nest broke, and countless ants swarmed out. The old farmer immediately surrounded the cut weeds and thorns with a circle and lit a fire. The wind blew the fire, and the ants scattered to escape, but no matter where they escaped, they were blocked by the fire wall, and the space occupied by the ants became smaller and smaller under the engulfment of the flames, and a catastrophe was imminent. However, a miracle happened. A black ball suddenly emerged from the fire wall, first the size of a fist, with ants constantly sticking to it, gradually becoming the size of a basketball. The ants on the ground had all huddled together and rolled towards the fire. The outer ants were crackling and burning, but the smaller ant ball eventually rolled down the mountain after crossing the fire wall. It escaped the disaster of complete annihilation. The old farmer picked up the charred bodies of the ants and was reluctant to put them down for a long time. He was deeply moved. For the survival of the whole, the tiny insects had such a heroic spirit of dedication and sacrifice, and such a strong and firm team spirit, how could it not be moving? The law of development in nature is survival of the fittest. As weak ants, haven't they survived by relying on their unbreakable "team spirit"?
  Every enterprise needs a rigorous style, a spirit of daring to struggle, daring to innovate, harmonious and tacit understanding, sharing weal and woe, and achieving the same goal by different paths. To scientifically exert team spirit, allowing everyone's abilities to be brought into play and complemented, we can stand undefeated, ride the wind and waves in the vast ocean of the market economy, and achieve great success.
  3. Uphold the efficient concept and promote enterprise development
  To establish a highly efficient work concept, we must correct our work attitude. Work itself has no distinction between noble and humble, but there are differences in attitude towards work. You may not be engaged in the work you like, but you must like the work you are currently engaged in. For the current work, we must have a diligent, proactive, and dedicated spirit. Attitude determines speed. Only with a correct work attitude can a person devote himself to the work and improve work efficiency.
  Improve time utilization. Time is our most precious resource. There is no time that cannot be used, only time that we do not use ourselves. Cherishing time and making reasonable use of time is to improve work efficiency.
  We should reasonably classify our work and distinguish between the importance and urgency of our work. "Light" refers to relatively important but not urgent work; "Heavy" refers to the most important and most urgent work; "Slow" refers to work that is neither important nor urgent; "Urgent" refers to work that is not important but most urgent. By adhering to the principle of prioritizing important matters, we can improve work efficiency by doing important and urgent matters first.
  In our work, we encounter problems that, if left unresolved, hinder or even stall our productivity. Therefore, we must proactively utilize divergent, structural, and creative thinking in our work, be eager to learn, and be courageous in embracing change to overcome difficulties and solve problems, thereby improving work efficiency. I believe that by diligently performing the above tasks and maintaining high productivity, a high degree of innovation, and unwavering loyalty to the company, we can contribute to the company's growth and enhance its market competitiveness.
  Shanli's achievements yesterday are inseparable from Shanli's culture; Shanli's future success will even more depend on the guidance of its corporate culture. Only by ensuring the continuous inheritance of Shanli's cultural spirit, embedding Shanli's corporate spirit in the hearts of its people, and organically integrating Shanli's culture with work practices, can our company develop faster and better, realizing the harmonious, civilized, and first-class enterprise envisioned by every employee.
  Shanli is a big family, and Shanli culture is the lifeblood connecting each family member, with everyone working together towards a brighter future for the Shanli family.
