From the light rain of Qingming Festival to the scorching summer, and now the cool autumn breeze, more than five months have passed. Because time has not allowed for deeper connection, I haven't yet had the chance to fully appreciate the profound emotions and intricate stories. However, even in these short 100-plus days, I have been deeply touched by our General Manager, by his heart, your heart, and my heart.

The five months of design, calculation, updating, adjustment, repeated verification, and refinement were all overseen by the General Manager, who participated in every round of discussions, verifications, and adjustments. Although not yet finalized, this has allowed me to deeply understand his hardships, his heart for you, and his heart for me.
His heart concerns your future. The company's profitability is the foundation for employee development within the company; any decision must consider the company's current situation. In recent years, affected by national policies and market conditions, the company's profitability has not been very good. Despite this, the General Manager still decided to improve employee compensation and benefits, increasing overall employee costs. At the same time, the company is actively promoting its IPO listing. The emphasis on management is aimed at standardizing company operations, ensuring longer-term development, building a more stable platform, and enabling employees to achieve success and have a better future.
His heart concerns your happiness. The adjustment of the compensation system has the most direct impact on employees. Considering this, the salary calculation has undergone at least five rounds of calculations. In these five rounds, the General Manager participated in every data detail and every point of contention. He emphasized raising the income of grassroots employees to ensure their living expenses; increasing the remuneration of management to positively incentivize improved management; making horizontal and vertical comparisons to match employee income as fairly and equitably as possible; and implementing a new employee income guarantee mechanism to attract excellent talent. Every aspect, as fine as silk, as dense as a net, strives to benefit every employee, thus increasing employee sense of belonging and happiness.
His heart concerns every detail. As a newcomer to the team, feelings of strangeness and alienation are inevitable. However, during the salary discussions, I met and learned about many people. The reason is simple: the General Manager's heart concerns every employee's details. During the discussions, he incorporated the understanding of each employee from the supervisors and department heads, comprehensively understanding their work abilities and living situations, and then classifying employees to adjust applicable policies. He said that the initialization of salary adjustments should consider everyone, and the policies should be detailed. The more mature it becomes, the smoother it will be.
A sense of belonging in life and a sense of accomplishment in work are silent yet the highest praise for a company. The sense of belonging comes from the trust and interaction among colleagues, while the sense of accomplishment comes from the platform built by the company and the achievements made. Just as the role of corporate culture is to twist individual strands into a strong rope, it means that employees and the company are more united and closely knit. Employees and the company influence and develop each other; only by working together can they achieve mutual success.
