The cold-rolled pickling and annealing process of stainless steel can be divided into intermediate annealing pickling and finished annealing pickling. The main purpose is to recrystallize the cold-rolled stainless steel after annealing to eliminate work hardening, so as to achieve the purpose of softening and improving mechanical properties. Pickling is used to eliminate impurities such as iron oxide scale produced in the annealing process and further improve the surface quality of the strip.

  I cold-rolled stainless steel annealing and pickling line

  The cold-rolled pickling and annealing process of stainless steel can be divided into intermediate annealing pickling and finished annealing pickling. The main purpose is to recrystallize the cold-rolled stainless steel after annealing to eliminate work hardening, so as to achieve the purpose of softening and improving mechanical properties. Pickling is used to eliminate impurities such as iron oxide scale produced in the annealing process and further improve the surface quality of the strip.

 

  Main features of the unit:

  Raw material varieties: cold rolled stainless steel CrAISI200/300/400 series

  Raw material specifications: 0.2-2.0mmX800-1600mm

  Unit process speed: 80-130mpm

  Product quality: 2B, in line with JISG4304 and GB4237-2007

  Annealing furnace section: Set the preheating section and the natural gas open flame heating section to combine, and set the air heat exchanger to preheat the combustion air, which has high heating efficiency and heat utilization.

  Pickling process: For cold-rolled austenitic stainless steel: neutral salt electrolysis (Na2SO4) + mixed acid (HNO3+HF) pickling

  For ferritic and martensitic stainless steel: neutral salt electrolysis (Na2SO4) + nitric acid (HNO3) electrolytic pickling

  Electrical control system: adopts SIEMENS AC frequency conversion speed control transmission control system, with good man-machine interface and simple equipment maintenance.

  Industrial automation: use SIEMENS system for process automation control.

 

  The main process flow includes:

  Uncoiling, welding, annealing, cooling, pickling, rinsing, sub-coiling, coiling

  II hot-rolled stainless steel annealing and pickling line

  The hot-rolled stainless steel annealing and pickling unit has the functions of annealing, breaking and pickling. It is mainly used to recrystallize the hot-rolled stainless steel after annealing to eliminate work hardening, so as to achieve the purpose of softening and improving mechanical properties. Pickling eliminates impurities such as iron oxide scale produced in the annealing process, further improves the surface quality of the strip steel, and is also conducive to the cold rolling process.

  The designed production capacity is 150,000-300,000 tons/year, the raw material variety is 200/300/400 series stainless steel (in line with GB/T709 standard), the specification is 1000-1350mmX2-3mm, and the design speed of the process section of the unit is Max.50m/min. In the process section of the unit, the annealing, phosphorus breaking and pickling processes are mainly completed. The product quality complies with JISG4304 and GB4237-92 standards.

 

  Main features of the unit:

  Adopt advanced production technology combining annealing, phosphorous breaking and pickling to ensure product quality.

  Annealing furnace section: The preheating section and the gas direct heating section are combined, and an air heat exchanger is provided to preheat the combustion air, which effectively improves the heating efficiency and heat utilization rate.

  Po Lin shot blasting: After annealing, the combined process of pulling and correcting phosphorus and shot blasting is adopted, which can effectively remove and destroy the iron oxide scale structure and facilitate the pickling treatment.

  Pickling process: The pickling section adopts pre-cleaning, sulfuric acid electrolytic pickling, mixed acid (HNO3+HF) pickling and cascade rinsing processes to ensure the pickling effect.

  Electrical control system: adopts SIEMENS AC frequency conversion speed control transmission control system, with good man-machine interface and simple equipment maintenance.

  Industrial automation: use SIEMENS system for process automation control.

 
  

  Process flow:

  Winding → unwinding → pinch straightening → cutting head and tail → welding → (inlet loop →) annealing → air cooling → water spray cooling → hot air drying → shot blasting → brushing → sulfuric acid pickling → mixed pickling → cascade Rinsing → hot air drying → (export looper →) level inspection → cutting → winding → pad paper → unwinding → packaging
