The stainless steel cold-rolled pickling and annealing process can be divided into intermediate annealing pickling and final annealing pickling. The main purpose is to recrystallize the cold-rolled stainless steel after annealing to eliminate work hardening, thereby softening and improving mechanical properties, and to remove impurities such as iron oxide scale generated during annealing through pickling, further improving the surface quality of the strip.

   I Cold Rolled Stainless Steel Annealing and Pickling Unit
  The annealing and pickling process for cold-rolled stainless steel can be divided into intermediate annealing and pickling and final annealing and pickling. The main purpose is to recrystallize the cold-rolled stainless steel after annealing to eliminate work hardening, thereby softening it and improving its mechanical properties. Pickling then removes impurities such as iron oxide scale produced during annealing, further improving the surface quality of the strip.

  Annealing Furnace Section: A combination of preheating and natural gas open flame heating sections is used, with an air heat exchanger to preheat the combustion air, resulting in high heating efficiency and thermal utilization.
  Pickling Process: For cold-rolled austenitic stainless steel: Neutral salt electrolysis (Na2SO4) + mixed acid (HNO3+HF) pickling
  For ferritic and martensitic stainless steel: Neutral salt electrolysis (Na2SO4) + nitric acid (HNO3) electrolytic pickling
  Electrical Control System: Uses a SIEMENS AC frequency conversion speed control system, with a user-friendly interface and simple equipment maintenance.
  Industrial Automation: Uses a SIEMENS system for process automation control.

  II Hot-Rolled Stainless Steel Annealing and Pickling Unit
  The hot-rolled stainless steel annealing and pickling unit has annealing, descaling, and pickling sections. Its main purpose is to recrystallize the hot-rolled stainless steel after annealing to eliminate work hardening, thereby softening it and improving its mechanical properties. Pickling removes impurities such as iron oxide scale produced during annealing, further improving the surface quality of the strip and facilitating the cold rolling process.
  Designed production capacity is 150,000-300,000 tons/year. Raw material types are 200/300/400 series stainless steel (conforming to GB/T709 standard), with specifications of 1000-1350mmX2-3mm. The designed unit process speed is Max. 50m/min. The unit's process sections mainly complete annealing, descaling, and pickling processes. Product quality conforms to JISG4304 and GB4237-92 standards.
