  I Cold rolled stainless steel annealing and pickling unit
  The stainless steel cold rolling pickling annealing process can be divided into intermediate annealing pickling and finished annealing pickling, mainly to make the cold rolled stainless steel be recrystallized after annealing to eliminate work hardening, thereby achieving the purpose of softening and improving mechanical properties, and The surface quality of the strip is further improved by pickling impurities such as iron oxide scale generated during the annealing process by pickling.

  Raw material varieties: cold rolled stainless steel CrAISI200/300/400 series
  Material specifications: 0.2-2.0mmX800-1600mm
  Unit process speed: 80-130mpm

  Annealing furnace section: the preheating section is combined with the natural gas open flame heating section, and the air heat exchanger is preheated to support the combustion air, which has high heating efficiency and heat utilization rate.
  Pickling process: for cold rolled austenitic stainless steel: neutral salt electrolysis (Na2SO4) + mixed acid (HNO3 + HF) pickling
  For ferrite and martensitic stainless steel: neutral salt electrolysis (Na2SO4) + nitric acid (HNO3) electrolytic pickling
  Electrical control system: SIEMENS AC variable frequency speed control transmission control system, good man-machine interface, simple equipment maintenance.
  Industrial Automation: Process automation control using the SIEMENS system.
 
  The main process flow includes:
  Unwinding, welding, annealing, cooling, pickling, rinsing, winding, coiling
  II hot rolled stainless steel annealing and pickling unit
  The hot-rolled stainless steel annealing and pickling unit has the functions of annealing, breaking and pickling. The main purpose is to re-crystallize the hot-rolled stainless steel after annealing to eliminate work hardening, thereby achieving the purpose of softening and improving mechanical properties. Pickling eliminates impurities such as iron oxide scale generated during annealing, further improves the surface quality of the strip, and facilitates the cold rolling process.
  The designed production capacity is 150-300,000 tons/year, and the raw material variety is 200/300/400 series stainless steel (in accordance with GB/T709 standard), the specification is 1000-1350mmX2-3mm, and the design process speed is Max.50m/min. In the process section of the unit, the annealing, phosphorus breaking and pickling processes are mainly completed. Product quality meets JISG4304 and GB4237-92 standards.
 
  Main features of the unit:
  Advanced production processes combining annealing, phosphorus breaking and pickling ensure product quality.
  Annealing furnace section: a combination of a preheating section and a direct gas heating section, and an air heat exchanger is provided to preheat the combustion air, thereby effectively improving heating efficiency and heat utilization rate.
  Broken shot blasting: After annealing, the combination of pulling and smashing phosphorus and shot blasting is used to effectively remove and destroy the oxidized iron scale structure, which is good for pickling treatment.
  Pickling process: The pickling section adopts pre-cleaning, sulfuric acid electrolytic pickling, mixed acid (HNO3+HF) pickling and cascade rinsing to ensure pickling effect.
  Electrical control system: SIEMENS AC variable frequency speed control transmission control system, good man-machine interface, simple equipment maintenance.
  Industrial Automation: Process automation control using the SIEMENS system.
 
  Process flow:
  Roll up → unwinding → pinning straightening → cutting head, tail → welding → (inlet looper →) annealing → air cooling → water spray cooling → hot air drying → shot blasting → brushing → sulfuric acid pickling → mixed pickling → cascading Rinsing→hot air drying→(export looper→) level check→cutting→winding→padding→lower roll→packaging
